Christeen and Sheila win their Winter Foursomes Tie

Despite the recent weather, on a suprisingly dry course yesterday, the Ranfurly Castle pairing of Mary Hardie and Evy MacGregor enjoyed their visit to Whitecraigs although they lost to the Home Club pairing of Christeen Finlayson and Sheila Robson.

The game was all about "you drive for show and putt for dough" with the demon putter, Sheila, sinking putts on all the temporary greens from every angle!

The Whitecraigs girls were 3 up at the turn and managed to hold on till the short 16th which they halved in four to win 3 and 2.
They now progress to the Semi-final stages.
