Past captain Rosemary Dykes was contacted by Haggs Castle's Neal Stewart who found this visor on the bench at the 12th Short Hole tee.
Rosemary did say that there were some other ladies sitting at the bench before she got there so maybe it was one of those ladies' visors.
Neal will keep the visor at home in the meantime and if I hear of any ladies who lost a visor at HCGC I am to let him know.
THE MYSTERY IS SOLVED -- THANKS GO TO LANARKSHIRE'S CAPTAIN JEAN MACINTYRE --- ONE OF HER PHOTOGRAPHS REVEALED THE OWNER --- D&A'S COLLEEN BROWN (pictured below)
The visor will be returned to her owner in the near future.
