Amy Boulden (Conwy) won the Welsh women's open amateur stroke-play championship at the Vale of Glamorgan club by four strokes today.
The Curtis Cup star shot rounds of 75-75-74 over the par 75 course for a total of one-under-par 224. The CSS for the three rounds was 79-79-76.
She won from England's Alex Peters (Notts Ladies) who scored 75-77-76 for 228, a shot ahead of third-placed Welsh international Samantha Birks (76-77-76).
Carnoustie Ladies teenager Jess Meek finished a creditable joint fourth on 232 alongside English prospect Gabriella Cowley.
Jess scored 82-77-73 to Gabriella's 78-77-77.
Renfrewshire's Eilidh Briggs (Kilmacolm) was the nest bext Scot in a share of 11th place on 237 with scores of 75-90-72.
Eilidh's last round, three under par, was the best of the tournament.
