A beautiful, calm, sunny evening was such a bonus. 3 over par at the 9th was good enough to be 2 up. Another burst of good form including an easy birdie at 10 and good par at 12 made Denise 4up after 14. A late surge from Gillian stretched the match out until 17 where 2 poor bogies gave Denise the victory-2&1.
Denise now meets Carol Fell in the final which will be arranged for sometime in September
