We had good fun last night at Paradise Golf at Braehead last night where we played four ball better ball over one of the 18 hole courses. It ended in a tie for 1st place between Liz Stewart and Linsey Stevenson and Carol Whyte and Alyson McKechin (recently returned from Florida!) who all finished on 30 strokes. In a very tense finish there was a playoff between these 2 couples and on the 3rd playoff hole ....playing left handed(!) and (by taking a tip from the captain!)Alyson managed to hole in one so that she and Carol won the fantastic prize of a RLCGA pink plant!
Winter Training starts on 6th February at Playsport with Lesley MacKay for both Junior girls and the Senior Squad and we look forward to more success this year.
